Subscriber:

a legal entity or a natural person who purchases from RedStart point s.r.o. as part of their business activity.

Order:

We accept all orders by e-mail at the e-mail address: objednavky@redstart.cz .
We will send you the confirmation of the order, including the delivery date, and any additional information about the shipment, to your specified email address as soon as possible after receiving it.

Minimal order:

we deliver from 1 piece . For orders up to the value of CZK 2500, only the handling fee, stated in the current price list, is charged.

Delivery of goods:

we send orders by the FOFR shipping service, which has an individual approach to shipments and works without problems. Goods in stock are normally shipped the next day after receiving the order.
Transport abroad is provided by contractual partners. Each delivery is handled individually based on demand.

Free transport:

is for orders with a value above 2500 CZK without VAT and weighing up to 30 kg.
For shipments heavier than 30 kg, the shipping fee is based on an individual agreement. A handling fee is charged for orders up to 2500 CZK.

Discounts:

are provided for one-time or repeated bulk orders and for contractual partners. Send inquiries to the email: info@redstart.cz.

Payment:

we accept payments by bank transfer, e.g. thanks easy QR payment. The maturity period is based on mutual agreement from 1 to 30 days.
